What is AgileBA®?
The Agile Business Analysis (AgileBA®) is intended to give useful, practical and comprehensive guidance on the role of the Business Analyst working in an agile way (the agile BA).
Certifications
The Agile Business Consortium collaborated with APMG International to develop the AgilePM handbook, as well as to produce supporting training courses and certifications.
AgileBA® Foundation
The AgileBA® Foundation course has been designed to give Business Analysts the skills they need to successfully gather, analyse, validate and champion the requirements throughout an agile project. It also provides context to the Agile Business Analyst’s role beyond an individual project, focusing on the organisational mission and strategy.
AgileBA® Practitioner
The AgileBA® Practitioner course has been designed to enhance Business Analysts’ skills for gathering, analysing, validating, and championing the requirements throughout an agile project.
