- Evaluating the artefacts that are created during an agile digital services project.
- Understanding the mechanisms for planning, controlling and governing the project.
- Clarifying the various roles and responsibilities within an agile digital services project to identify appropriate candidates.
- Applying popular agile techniques, e.g. MoSCoW prioritisation, timeboxing and iterative development.
- Prioritising and managing requirements.
- Testing and measuring progress.

Eligibility
Delegates must have completed the AgileDS® Foundation Certificate.
Certification
Delegates are invited to take an online exam at the end of the course:
- Complex multiple-choice
- Four questions per paper, with a maximum of 20 marks per question
- 40 marks are required to pass (out of 80)
- 2.5-hour duration.
- Open-book (Agile Digital Services Handbook only).
