Please note, our office will be closed on Thursday 25th May. Any orders purchased after 3pm on Wednesday 24th, will be processed on Friday 26th May.
Payment Information
Payments can be made via debit card directly through the website, unfortunately we are unable to take payments via telephone. If you would like to pay by bank transfer or Paypal, please email [email protected] for an invoice and your order will be dispatched upon payment.
Delivery Information
- UK – sent Royal Mail 2nd class, please allow up to 7 working days due to possible postage delays
- Europe and International – sent tracked via DHL & Royal Mail, approx. 7-14 working days, times will vary between locations
Please note that you may incur additional customs or local duties during shipment. Please check your local customs office for rates.
Import Customs Clearance is included in our invoice however, where local duties are payable, these will be invoiced separately by the Tax Authority in the country of delivery, or their nominated Customs Agent. These charges may also include a handling fee for use of deferment accounts.
PDF Digital Book
If a PDF digital book is purchased, it will be emailed shortly after payment has been received. This is not an automated process and any orders received after 2.30pm will be sent the following day, or if after 2.30pm on a Friday, sent the following Monday..
